The last international gathering of the Clan was held in Scotland from 22 to 29 June 2004. It was a great success: it took place at three main locations, Edinburgh, Ardross and Lochalsh. Among the many events werea clan dinner in Edinburgh on 22 June, a reception at Ardross Castle, visits to the sites of the battles of Culloden Moor and Glenshiel, a Clan Parliament and visits to the Matheson Fort and Bealach Mhor.
